Join the MTMS

Heaton Park Tramway is run by the Manchester Transport Museum Society (MTMS).

The tramway is run by volunteers and now is your opportunity to join a group of

people of all ages, both sexes and from different walks of life, who come to spend a

pleasant day or half day in staffing the Tramway, the Museum shop or looking after

the archive collection.

Membership includes: • Regular editions of the Society Newsletter • Monthly email updates (*email address required) • Free rides on the trams at Heaton Park • The opportunity to help in the running of the tramway • Free entry to Crich Tramway Village WHY NOT COME AND JOIN IN, WE ARE SURE THAT YOU WILL ENJOY IT.

Anyone interested in joining can contact us by paying the Museum a visit on Sundays when the Museum will be open between 12:00pm and 5:00pm, or by telephoning us on 0161 740 1919 at the Museum where a 24 hour telephone answering machine operates when nobody is available.
