The museum display is due to be open on Sundays between Easter and the end of October.

Entry to the museum is FREE.




Tram Fares:

Adult £2.00 return, £5 multi-ride

Child (5-16) £1.00 return, £2.50 multi-ride

Family £5 return, £12 multi-ride

Family ticket valid for 2 adults & 2 children

Heaton Park is located 4 miles north of Manchester City Centre.

By car:
Heaton Park is adjacent to junction 19 of the M60 ring road.
Parking is available on Middleton Road and Sheepfoot Lane.

By bus: Many buses pass by the Middleton Rd park entrance.

By Metrolink: Heaton Park station is on the Bury line and is a 10 minute walk through the park to Lakeside.

Bowker Vale is a 15 minute walk to Middleton Road gates
